SHIPPING POLICY
New Year Shipping Notice
Due to our warehouse closure during the New Year holidays, orders placed during this period will be shipped sequentially from January 6.
As we have received a high volume of orders, shipping may take longer than usual at this time.
We have increased our staff and are doing our best to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and appreciate your kind understanding and patience.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via Sagawa Express.
We currently do not offer international shipping via Sagawa.
Shipping Fees

Orders over ¥10,000 (tax included) qualify for free shipping and cash-on-delivery fees.

For orders under ¥10,000, a flat rate of ¥880 (including COD fee) applies.

Additional charges may apply for Okinawa, remote islands, or certain regions.
Overseas Shipping
All international orders are shipped via DHL.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your package and the destination country or region.
The exact shipping fee will be provided in your invoice after order confirmation.
Shipping Schedule

All orders from our online store are shipped from our distribution center.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Some products may be shipped from our retail store if stock is shared.

Please note that inquiries regarding shipment or delivery cannot be handled on weekends and holidays.
Order Notes

After confirming stock availability, orders are typically shipped within 2–6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During sale periods or busy seasons, delivery on your preferred date or time may not be possible.

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you directly to discuss next steps.
Receipts

Customers who require a receipt can issue it directly from the Order History page after payment is completed.
Click on the relevant order number and select “View Receipt” at the bottom of the page. -
For Cash on Delivery payments, the official receipt is issued by Sagawa Express.

Please note that re-issuance or handwritten receipts are not available.
Changing the Delivery Address

If you need to change your shipping address before confirming your order, please contact us at info@cvtvlist.com.

Once an order is confirmed or handed over to the shipping company, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
After shipment, please refer to the 12-digit tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and contact your local Sagawa Express office directly.
Phone Orders
We do not accept phone orders for online or in-store products.
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup for online orders is not available at this time.
Delivery to Parcel Lockers
If you would like your order delivered to a parcel locker, please contact the delivery office (Sagawa Express) directly after receiving your shipping confirmation email.
Please have your 12-digit tracking number ready when you call.
