RETURN POLICY
We accept returns for online purchases that meet the following conditions.

Returns Not Accepted
We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned

Items (including boxes and accessories) that are significantly different in condition from the time of delivery, including damage to outer boxes, missing parts, or shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging

Items with opened sealed packaging

Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and fragrances for hygiene reasons

Items purchased at physical retail stores

Any other items that do not meet our return standards
Please note that even after the returned item has been received, we may not be able to process the return if any of the above conditions apply.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to the customer’s preference or convenience, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not accept packages sent Cash on Delivery (Collect on Delivery).
Return Procedure

Send your return request to info@cvtvlist.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it prepaid to the address below.

Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For credit card payments, the refund will be made through your card company after the return is confirmed.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cvtvlist.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
