RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of online store purchases that meet the conditions below. Please read this policy carefully and contact us at info@cvtvlist.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval may not be processed.

Return Conditions

A return may be requested within 8 days of the delivery date, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original condition, with all tags, labels, packaging and accessories intact.

Returns Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Orders paid by cash on delivery, or shipped to an address outside Japan
  2. Sale items, pre-order items and any other items designated as non-returnable
  3. Requests made more than 8 days after delivery or receipt
  4. Items that have been worn, used, altered, washed or dry-cleaned
  5. Items with the original tags, labels or accessories removed or lost
  6. Items that have acquired odours, stains or damage while in your possession
  7. Items, boxes or accessories returned in a condition materially different from delivery, including damaged outer boxes, missing parts, or shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging
  8. Items whose sealed packaging has been opened
  9. Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics and fragrances, for hygiene reasons
  10. Items purchased at retail stores or from other retailers
  11. Any other items that do not meet our return standards

Returned items are inspected on arrival. If any of the above applies, we may be unable to accept the return even after the item has been received.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to the customer's preference or convenience (for example size, colour or change of mind), return shipping is at the customer's expense.
  • Parcels sent freight collect (着払い) will be refused.

Return Procedure

  1. Confirm that your item meets the conditions above.
  2. Email info@cvtvlist.com with your order number, the item(s) and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it prepaid to the address below.
  4. We will inspect the item and notify you by email once the return has been processed.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and accepted. For card payments, the timing of the credit depends on your card issuer. Original shipping fees are not refunded for returns made at the customer's convenience.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@cvtvlist.com as soon as possible after delivery, with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
