RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for online purchases that meet the following conditions.

Returns Not Accepted

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  1. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery or from outside Japan

  2. Sale items, pre-order items, or other items not eligible for return as specified by our company

  3. Items returned after more than 8 days from the date of delivery or receipt

  4. Items that have been used, worn, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned

  5. Items with original tags, labels, or accessories removed or lost

  6. Items that are damaged, stained, or have odors caused during customer use or storage

  7. Items (including boxes and accessories) that are significantly different in condition from the time of delivery, including damage to outer boxes, missing parts, or shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging

  8. Items with opened sealed packaging

  9. Underwear, swimwear, cosmetics, and fragrances for hygiene reasons

  10. Items purchased at physical retail stores

  11. Any other items that do not meet our return standards

Please note that even after the returned item has been received, we may not be able to process the return if any of the above conditions apply.
We recommend reviewing all details carefully before proceeding.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to the customer’s preference or convenience, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not accept packages sent Cash on Delivery (Collect on Delivery).

Return Procedure

  1. Confirm that your item meets the return conditions above.

  2. Send your return request to info@cvtvlist.com with your order number and reason for return.

  3. Once your request is approved, pack the item securely and ship it prepaid to the address below.

  4. You will be notified by email once we have processed your return.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For credit card payments, the refund will be made through your card company after the return is confirmed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cvtvlist.com.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, and the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
